The human body moves through time and space, from ancient Chinese T'ai ji to modern American aerobic exercise. All motion promotes
health and strength in the body, and moving from one to the other, from ancient to modern, we create old and new cultures in harmony
and opposition. Both serve to improve our body and mind. Are they so different? Are the cultures that support them
different? We move along a timeline form ancient to modern and back again only to find that we have not moved at all.
